Throughout December, the 不良研究所 community came together to provide 不良研究所 students with additional support during the holiday season. In particular, the Department of Public Safety, Student Life, and Project Access developed and deployed new initiatives to ensure 不良研究所 students received the services and goods needed before winter break.
During the first week of December, the Department of Public Safety parked the 不良研究所 cruiser in front of Building 3 and encouraged 不良研究所 faculty and staff to stop by and drop off a toy in the cruiser. On December 17, 2024, the Office of Student Life distributed the toys from Public Safety, along with toys donated from Toys for Tots to 不良研究所 students.
鈥淎t 不良研究所 Police & Public Safety, this is one of our favorite things to do,鈥� said Executive Director & Chief of Police David Albanese. 鈥淲e're committed to the 不良研究所 Community and the toy drive allows us to give back to the community at this special time of year; and put a smile on someone's face.鈥�
Additionally, the Rox Box, 不良研究所鈥檚 on-campus food pantry and a part of Project Access, ramped up efforts to provide 不良研究所 students with quality food and additional resources for the holiday season. In addition to ensuring that the Rox Box was fully stocked, $25.00 Stop and Shop gift cards were available to students, allowing students the option of purchasing perishable goods for their holiday meals.
